Green curry peppers are spicy seasonings. They are in fact red unripe peppers, but they are already perfectly edible. It takes a very long time for this species to turn red. It is therefore an ideal variety for green harvesting.
Cultivation tips: The cultivation of peppers is similar to that of bell peppers, but more vigorous, especially because the fruit load is lower. You should not plant the root ball too deeply so that the stem does not come into contact with the topsoil. The soil should be warm enough for planting. Provide good organic fertilizer. After the fruit set, we can give an additional fertilizer dissolved in the water. They need plenty of water, but should not be too wet. So, don't overdo it! It is best to plant peppers in a tunnel or greenhouse; in warm summers it is also possible to grow peppers in a sunny, sheltered place in the open air. When growing in pots, you have to fertilize regularly and water daily.
