How does free returns work?
Send a return request email to info@valenciaseedfarm.com or reply to the order confirmation email. State the order number and reason for return.
As soon as you receive an e-mail with further information (including withdrawal form), you can return the item. Send the unused product well packed and including standard shipping withdrawal form to: Delftweg 12, 1747 GA Tuitjenhorn (Netherlands).
As soon as the package has been received by us, we will send you a new item, or the purchase amount will be refunded.
